My idea is in two options: 1: tie dye the uniform without having a base dye, eg green and brown splotches over the grey of UCP . Or . 2: dye the whole uniform green and then add brown tie dye
WebDec 23, 2024 · The trick is to get the water pretty hot, as in just off a boil. I'd add a couple of cups of white vinegar to 5 gal of water, and a couple packets of dye. Wet-down the items ahead of time. Clean the items if dirty, and rinse well. Remember to submerge and agitate the items so the dye will take evenly to all surfaces.
