And both the Windows XP machine and the switch confirmed that the connection is Gigabit. And attached to my 2960 -> Dell they net boot fine. But moved across campus 2960 -> Nexus -> fiber -> Nexus -> Dell they won't net boot without portfast enabled on the 2960.
